2017 Orange Ex-Services’ Club Banjo Business Awards
Since 1989, the Orange Business Chamber has hosted the Orange region’s Business Awards, with the aim to publicly recognise and reward excellence in local business.
Originally called the Outstanding Business Awards, in 2013 the decision was made to change the name of the awards to the Banjo Business Awards in the memory of the renowned poet Banjo Paterson whose birthplace was Orange. The Awards program culminates in a Gala Presentation Dinner which forms an important part of the Banjo Paterson Australian Poetry Festival.
The Banjo Business Awards are aligned with the NSW Business Chamber’s Awards program, enabling winners of select categories to progress on to receive further recognition for business excellence at regional and state levels.
